Terms of Service
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Dexter Forge Inc. ("Dexter Forge", "we", "us", or "our") is a Delaware corporation that develops and operates Dexter Copilot, an AI-powered software copilot for live streamers.
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Dexter website, waitlist, early-access program, Dexter Copilot software, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Within the Services, "Dexter" may also refer to the AI assistant in Dexter Copilot.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. About Dexter Copilot
Dexter Copilot is AI-powered software designed to help live streamers manage streaming workflows and the operational side of their streams. Depending on the features you enable and accounts you connect, Dexter Copilot may assist with OBS and stream control, streaming workflows, moderation, audience and chat engagement, giveaways, polls, timers, automation, analytics, stream insights, overlays and widgets, research, voice and text commands, third-party integrations, and other creator or productivity tools.
Dexter Copilot is in pre-launch and early-access development. Not every feature is available to every user or at all times. Features may change, break, be limited, or be removed as Dexter Forge tests and improves the product.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to legally agree to these Terms. If you are under the age required to use online services in your jurisdiction, you may only use Dexter with permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts and connected services
Depending on features you choose to connect or enable, Dexter Copilot may interact with third-party accounts, software, or services. Examples may include Twitch, OBS, Discord, Telegram, Spotify, Google services, and other creator or productivity platforms.
You are responsible for:
- having permission to connect and control those accounts or tools
- complying with the terms and rules of each third-party platform
- reviewing actions taken through Dexter Copilot or the Dexter assistant
- keeping your login credentials and connected accounts secure
Dexter Forge does not own or control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, rules, account actions, or platform decisions. Integrations may change or stop working if a third-party service changes its systems or access requirements.
4. AI actions and user responsibility
Dexter may suggest, automate, or help perform actions, but you remain responsible for your stream, content, chat, accounts, moderation decisions, settings, and commands.
AI systems may misunderstand instructions, produce incorrect or incomplete outputs, fail to perform an action, perform an unexpected action, or provide delayed information. You must review important actions and outputs before relying on them and remain responsible for managing your connected accounts and streams.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dexter to:
- break any law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party terms
- harass, abuse, threaten, bully, dox, impersonate, or target any person or group
- generate, promote, or distribute hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, illegal, or harmful content
- automate actions in a way that violates the rules of any connected platform
- interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, copy, resell, or misuse Dexter, its systems, APIs, or infrastructure
- upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content intended to damage or access systems without permission
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to Dexter, other users’ accounts, connected accounts, servers, databases, or third-party services
- use Dexter in a way that damages Dexter, its users, third-party platforms, or livestreaming communities
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated or that continued access could harm Dexter, our users, third parties, or the Services.
6. Waitlist, early access, and founding streamer program
Submitting a waitlist form, early-access form, founding streamer application, or hiring application does not guarantee access, acceptance, employment, partnership, payment, equity, or any specific benefit.
Any special founder-program, creator-program, partnership, or long-term benefit will be discussed separately with selected participants and may require additional written terms.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Dexter Forge may offer paid Dexter Copilot plans, subscriptions, trials, or usage-based pricing in the future. Pricing, billing terms, refund terms, and cancellation terms will be provided before purchase.
Do not include payment card details or sensitive payment information through general website forms.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including Dexter Copilot’s software, website, design, text, graphics, logos, and related materials, are owned by Dexter Forge Inc. or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit these materials except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission from Dexter Forge.
You retain ownership of content you submit, stream, or create. However, when you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, or application responses, you allow us to use them to improve Dexter without owing compensation.
9. Privacy
Your use of Dexter is also governed by our Privacy Policy:
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
10. Third-party services
Dexter Copilot may link to, integrate with, or depend on third-party services only when relevant features are available and you choose to connect or enable them. Dexter Forge is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, outages, account actions, or platform decisions.
You are responsible for reviewing and following the terms and policies of any third-party services you use with Dexter.
11. Disclaimers
Dexter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that Dexter will always be available, accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
AI systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on Dexter’s outputs or actions.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexter Forge Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Dexter after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
